Healthy churches need healthy leaders. This programme strengthens pastors, elders, and lay leaders in character, doctrine, and the day-to-day work of shepherding a congregation.
Topics include the biblical qualifications of leadership, preaching and teaching, pastoral care, resolving conflict, guarding against burnout, and handling church finances with transparency.
Leaders meet regularly for teaching, prayer, and honest accountability with peers who serve in similar settings.
